Warranty Policy

  1. General Warranty Overview
    1. G3 Eurowerks ("G3EW") strives to provide premium products, installation, and customer service. These Warranty and Return Policies apply to all purchases, installations, and services unless superseded by a separate written agreement signed by G3EW. 
      1. By purchasing or installing any product through G3EW, Benz Werks Performance, Brabus, or any affiliated installer, the customer agrees to the terms listed below.
  2. Installation Warranty
    1. Products Installed by Benz Werks Performance, other authorized G3EW partners, or Brabus
      1. Parts Warranty:
        1. Provided by Brabus per Brabus' manufacturer warranty terms.
      2. Labor Warranty
        1. Provided by either Benz Werks Performance or Brabus: based strictly on the installer of record.   Benz Werks Performance offers a 1-year warranty on installation workmanship.  Normal wear and tear, improper treatment -including racing or car rallies- are not covered under warranty.  Warranty acceptance is subject to inspection and approval.
      2. Product Installed by Any Other Person or Entity:
        1. Products installed by any party other than Benz Werks Performance, Brabus, or other authorized installers by G3EW carry: NO parts warranty, NO labor warranty, NO exceptions. 
    2. Warranty Claim Requirements
      1. Labor-related warranty claims must be submitted within 10 calendar days of issue discovery. 
      2. All claims must be submitted via the Warranty Claim Submission Form on the G3EW website. 
    3. Product Warranty Terms
      1. Product workmanship warranty:
        1. 1 year from the date of installation.
      2. Manufacturer warranty:
        1. Valid for the full duration for the manufacturer's stated warranty (Brabus or other), no exceptions. 
      3. Extended warranties:
        1. Available at an additional cost and quoted on a case-by-case basis.
    4. Customer-Supplied Products
      1. Customer-supplied products for installation are generally not accepted, but may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 
        1. IF ACCEPTED:
          1. G3EW will charge a 15% coordination fee on the labor and materials required by Benz Werks Performance or any other authorized installer. 
          2. G3EW provides no warranty of any kind -neither parts nor labor- on customer-supplied items.
    5. Limitation of Liability
      1. G3EW is not responsible for:
        1. Damage caused by improper installation by an unauthorized party
        2. Modifications performed by the customer or third parties
        3. Shipping delays, carrier-related damage, or manufacturer defects
        4. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
        5. All warranty remedies are limited exclusively to the terms outline above. 
    6. Acceptance of Terms
      1. By purchasing, receiving, or installing any product or service from G3 Euro Werks, Benz Werks Performance, Brabus, or their affiliates, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Warranty, Return, and Installed Terms.
