Return Policy

  1. Product Condition and Inspection
    1. Resale of Opened Boxes:
      1. Products that arrive at G3EW, Benz Werks Performance, Brabus, or their affiliates may be opened for quality-control inspection upon receipt ahead of shipping to the customer. Items are opened exclusively for inspection and may still be sold as new. 
    2. Customer-Opened Product:
      1. Any product opened by the customer is not returnable, no exceptions.
  2. Returns and Restocking Fees
      1. Stocked Items
        1. Stocked items that remain unopened may be returned for:
          1. Full product credit, minus all shipping costs to and from the customer and a minimum of 15% restocking fee.
      2. Non-Stocked and Special-Order Items
        1. Non-stocked or special-order items (including Brabus items drop-shipped or built to order) are not returnable for refund or exchange.  At G3EW's sole discretion, it may determine to offer to buy back the product for a price of its choosing.
      3. Opened Items
        1. Products that have been opened by the customer are not eligible for return, replacement, refund or exchange. 
  3. Customer Dispute Process
      1. Customer may submit a written dispute within 10 calendar days of receiving their product. 
      2. All Disputes must be submitted using the Customer Dispute Form on the G3EW website.
      3. No other dispute timelines or methods will be considered.
